Since 1983, ACORDASIA’s global “best practice” in India has been “Large-Group Dynamics” for participative change processes, with multiple stakeholders, through a) the Large Group Interactive Workshops, and b) the “Future Search” Workshops, both designed to help organizations and even cities or communities (urban and rural) change participatively, improve governance, and perform  more effectively in the global world.

Since 2009, the amendment in the Finance Act has restricted such work to commercial organizations including CSR projects) to Rs. 10 lacs per annum. However ACORDASIA’s work countries and grows apace for Non-Profit organizations, NGOs, Central and State government institutions, UN organizations, multi-lateral and Bi-lateral organizations, and Social Development Organisations, Anti-Poverty Organisations and Good Governance.
